Due to Government of Canada regulations, access to certain regulations and publications such as Cadet Administrative and Training Orders (CATOs) has been restricted to a password protected area.

Any person may access these via creating your own personal access account.

1.  Click here:  https://portal.cadets.gc.ca    

2.  On the left side of the page, click the button to Sign Up to the CCO Extranet Portal.

3.  Create a username and password.

To find the Cadet Administrative and Training Orders (CATOs), once you access the Portal, click on:
